SKI MONTIS apartments are located in the very center of Kopaonik, within the "Konaci" complex — next to the main road, just 50m from the "Malo Jezero" ski lift and about 150m from the "Sports Valley" (home to numerous ski lifts, ski kindergarten, snow park, promenade, Après-ski bars, and various other sports and entertainment amenities). Within the complex itself (less than 50 steps away), you will find 2 large supermarkets, 6 restaurants, 2 pharmacies, ATMs, cafes, ski equipment shops and rentals, ski schools, an exchange office, a post office, and more. All of our apartments were fully renovated in November 2024, inspired by the natural surroundings of Kopaonik. In line with this, each accommodation unit is named after one of the many conifer species found on this mountain. The apartments are carefully furnished and equipped with all the amenities for a comfortable stay — including kitchenware, toiletries, cable TV, and free high-speed Wi-Fi internet. All our guests also enjoy exclusive discounts ranging from 5% to 30% on ski passes, equipment rental, ski school, and selected restaurants, along with a free ski locker, self check-in, and parking (paid) right at the entrance of our building.
Brand new studio apartment Pinus Brand-new 25 m² studio apartment located on the 2nd floor, featuring a visually separated sleeping area with a double bed and a living space with a pull-out sofa for 2 additional guests. It comes fully equipped with a kitchenette (stovetop, fridge, cabinets), a dining area for four, a wardrobe, and a modern bathroom with a walk-in shower.
Studio Abies Studio Abies offers 26 m² of thoughtfully designed space on the 2nd floor. It includes a sleeping area with a large double bed and a living zone with a pull-out sofa for two additional guests. Features a fully equipped kitchenette (stovetop, fridge, cabinets), a dining table for 4, a wardrobe, and a new bathroom with a shower cabin.
Elegant studio Taxus It offers 22 m² of smartly utilized space on the 2nd floor. It includes a sleeping alcove with a comfortable double bed and a living area equipped with a pull-out sofa suitable for two additional guests. A complete kitchenette, a dining table for 4 people, a wardrobe, and a new bathroom with a walk-in shower are available.
Practical studio Cedrus it covers 22 m² of a pleasant and bright ambiance. The accommodation features a visually separated sleeping area with a spacious double bed and a living area with a fold-out sofa for two more people. It is equipped with a functional kitchenette (hob, refrigerator, kitchen units), a dining area, a wardrobe, and a modern bathroom with a walk-in shower.

All our studios (Pinus, Abies, Taxus, Cedrus, Picea) are fully renovated and equipped with modern furniture, a kitchenette with cookware and dishes, a refrigerator, an induction cooktop, a flat-screen TV, complimentary high-speed optical Wi-Fi, and a modern bathroom with a walk-in shower.
Standard check-in is from 3:00 PM, and check-out is until 10:00 AM. Subject to availability and prior agreement, we are always happy to accommodate early check-in or late check-out.
